About Insotel Cala Mandia Resort and Spa

The resort provides accommodation in several buildings, some of which have 5 storeys.  The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 4 lifts.  There is a minibus available to transport guests to Blocks C and D.

There is step-free level access to the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the lifts and some of the guest rooms.  There is step-free level access via lift to the spa, the indoor pool, the gym and some of the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance doors.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment area, the pool area, the facilities and the water park.

There is stepped access to the standard toilets in the pool area.

The resort has 564 rooms, 12 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1261 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 1261 takes approximately 2 minutes.  There are some standard adjoining rooms available. 

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
