Accessibility Overview
The resort is spread over several buildings but has step-free access to most areas of the resort via level pathways or slight ramps/slopes. There is lift access from reception level to one level below to access the restaurant, standard toilets and toilets with adaptations for disabled people.
The resort has 498 rooms, 16 of which have adaptations for disabled people. The adapted rooms have ensuite bathrooms with step-free showers and handrails next to the toilet. The journey to the rooms takes approximately 4 minutes and is via level pathways and slight slopes.
From the reception area, there is step-free access to the standard toilets and the entertainment area in the Bar Magon, although there is a manual door to enter the bar.
There is step-free access via lift (one level to -1) to the restaurant, standard toilet and toilet with adaptations for disabled people near reception. From level -1, there is step-free access via ramps to the pool area and spa and gym.
The route to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes via a road alongside the resort via level pathways and slight ramps.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at the reception desk. There are no adjoining rooms available.
