Accessibility Overview
The resort is located on the east coast of Ibiza, within the Es Cana central area.
The resort is located on hilly ground with steep ramps or steps to get around. The majority of the resort is step-free via ramps; however, some areas can only be accessed via steps.
The main building contains a main reception and bars and has multiple floors which can be accessed via lift. There is stepped access to the salon bar on the lower ground floor.
There is step-free level access via lift to the terrace swimming pool, with a hydraulic hoist for access into the pool. Access to the beach, from the resort, includes slight and steep slopes and ramps.
The resort offers toilet facilities with adaptations for disabled people.
The resort offers 8 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to assess Room 323, the remaining rooms vary from this one. All rooms are ensuite.
There is step-free level access via lift to reach this room and step-free level access to get into the room. The ensuite has a toilet with a right-hand transfer and a wheel-in shower with room to manoeuvre and a flip-down shower seat.
