Accessibility Overview 

This 487-room resort consists of four 3-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some steep ramps.   There is 1 lift in the main building. 

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lift in the main building, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the bar area and the rear exit doors.  There is step-free level access via lift in the main building to the 2 a la carte restaurants and the adults-only first floor swimming pool.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance, the pool and the water park. 

There is stepped access to some of the standard accommodation rooms in the annexes. The journey to the beach requires a shuttle bus provided by the resort.

The resort has 5 rooms which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1001 on the ground floor, accessible via a steep ramp.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower without a step.  There is a drop-down handrail on the non-transfer side of the toilet. There is a horizontal grab rail in the shower and there is a shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 1001 takes approximately 4 minutes.

Some mobility equipment is available to hire at reception, but guests can hire mobility equipment locally. The hotel cannot provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
