This adults-only resort consists of 1 main building with 5 floors and 2 lifts. The La Luna, which is a sister hotel across a road, consists of 3 floors and 21 rooms. Access around the Levante Park is mostly step-free via level pathways, ramps or lifts. Access around the La Luna is all stepped and it is mostly inaccessible for people in wheelchairs or with walking difficulties.
From reception in the Levante Park, there is step-free level access to the rooms, standard toilets, entertainment area and lifts. There are no toilets with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free access via lift to the rooms on floors 1-5 and the gym, restaurant, indoor pools and activities on level -1.
The Levante Park has 202 rooms, there are no rooms that have adaptations for disabled people. The La Luna has 21 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 001 in the Levante Park, which is a room on the ground floor. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with a standard bath, handrail and shower over the bath. There are no handrails near the toilet. The journey to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
There are 2 lifts in the building which accesses floors -1 to 5. The route to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes and is via a pathway alongside of the resort.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff in reception have details of local companies who rent mobility equipment. There are no adjoining rooms available.
