Accessibility Overview 

The resort provides accommodation in 4 three-storey buildings. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.   There is 1 lift.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort and there is a portable ramp available on the resort to assist with steps.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lift, the main restaurant, some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the rear exit doors.  There is step-free level access via lift to the gym, the spa, some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the tennis courts and the dining terrace.   There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool area, the beach and some of the activities.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby, via a route alongside the resort.

The resort has 150 rooms, 6 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 102 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with an open shower cubicle.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 102 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
