The Mannix Urban Apartments consists of one 7-storey building housing 24 self-contained apartments. The building is accessible via one platform lift and one standard lift.
There is one step to access the building at the main entrance. From the reception desk, the room with adaptations for disabled people is accessible via a platform life and the standard guest rooms are accessible via a standard lift. There are no facilities – the building is for accommodation only.
The apartment block has 24 rooms, 1 of which has adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 001 on the ground floor. Apartment 001 is a studio apartment with an open area for the kitchen and bedroom, with a separate bathroom. The bathroom has a wheel-in shower with a flip-down shower seat. There are handrails in the shower and next to the toilet.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
