Accessibility Overview
The resort is built into a hillside, with steps and ramps of varying degrees to access some areas. All steps and slight ramps can be bypassed using lifts 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 within Buildings 1, 2 and 4. Building 3 can only be accessed via steep ramps. There is a pool hoist available for guests.
There is step-free level access to the restaurant, the swimming pools and some of the rooms (via lift) from the main entrance. There is step-free access via a steep ramp or slope to the gym in Building 3 (Centro de Fitness) and all rooms in the hotel beginning with a number "3".
The resort has 165 rooms, all of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1611 (Apartment Premium) on level 6, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 1611 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
