Accessibility Overview
The resort is set on a hillside and consists of 3 buildings over 10 levels. Access around the resort is mostly step-free via level pathways, slight and steep ramps and there are 7 lifts to access the 10 floors.
From reception (level 7), there is step-free level access to the room with adaptations for disabled people, the main restaurant, the standard toilets, the baby changing facilities and the lifts.
There is access via lift and ramps to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, main pool, activities and pool bar.
There is stepped access to the entertainment area, to pool the pool area across the connecting bridge and the pool bars.
The resort has 265 rooms, one of which has adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 713, which is a room on level 7 next to reception. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower and a flip-down shower seat. There is a handrail in the shower and there are handrails next to the toilet. The journey from reception to room 713 takes approximately 2 minutes.
There is no direct beach access in the resort. The route to the rocky beach takes approximately 10 minutes and is via a route outside of the resort.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception. There are no adjoining rooms available.
