Accessibility Overview 

The 526-room resort consists of 23 floors spread over two buildings.  It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some slight slopes.  There are 4 lifts in each building.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, the reception lobby, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts and the rear exit door.  There is step-free level access via lift to the pool area, the entertainment area, the main buffet restaurant, the spa, the gym, the indoor pool, some of the activities and the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool area.

The resort has 526 rooms, 4 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 114, which is approximately 2 minutes walk from reception on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  There is also a portable shower seat.

The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk, outside of the resort.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining standard rooms available.
