    Accessibility Overview 

    The 303-room two-storey resort is spread over several buildings and is mostly accessible via level pathways and ramps of varying degrees.  There is one lift.

    There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, the lift, the rear exit door, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the restaurant, the spa, the gym and the entertainment bar.

    There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the pool area and beach.  It takes approximately 3 minutes to walk to the beach.

    The resort has 303 rooms, 3 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 4120 on the first floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet there is a portable shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 4120 takes approximately 2 minutes.

    Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
