Accessibility Overview
The resort has one 4-storey building and is mostly accessible via level pathways and ramps of varying degrees. There are two lifts.
There is step-free level access to the standard toilets, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the baby changing facilities within the standard toilets, the lounge, the restaurant, the lifts and the rear exit door.
There is step-free access via steep ramps and slopes the main entrance, the pool, the entertainment area, the water park and the mini club. There is a free shuttle bus available to transport guests to Punta Prima beach.
The resort has 242 rooms, none of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 137 on the first floor, which is accessed via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with one handrail in the shower cubicle. The journey from reception to the room takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
