Accessibility Overview 

The 276-room resort consists of 1 two-storey main building and all areas are accessible via step-free level pathways with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees.  There are 5 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the lifts, the lobby lounge, the entertainment area, the Kids' Club and some activities.  There is step-free level access via lift to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the main bar, the main buffet restaurant, the pool area, the gym and spa and some of the guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the route to the beach.  There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors, the beach and the pool area.

There is stepped access to the beach, the sports courts and the water park.   The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 276 rooms, 6 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 2226 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle.  There is a handrail in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 2226 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are some adjoining rooms available.
