Accessibility Overview
This 270-room resort consists of ten 2-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are no lifts. There is a manual pool hoist available for guests.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the buffet restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the rear exit doors. There is access via slight ramps or slopes to the guest accommodation bungalows.
There is step-free access via steep ramp to the main entrance.
The resort has 3 rooms which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1213, which is accessible via ramp. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 1213 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are adjoining rooms available.
