The resort consists of two three-storey buildings, with many steep ramps and steps around the resort.  There is 1 lift.

There is stepped access to the main entrance and some room balconies.  There is step-free level access to the lift, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets.  There is step-free level access via lift to the restaurant. 

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the entertainment area.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool area and the room with adaptations for disabled people.     

The resort has 241 rooms, 1 of which has adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number K102 located in Block K, accessible via a steep ramp.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower.  There is no shower seat.  The journey from reception to room K102 takes approximately 6 minutes.  There are no adjoining rooms available. 

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
