Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 1 five-storey building. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some steep ramps. There are 5 lifts.

There is step-free level access via lift to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the spa, the gym, the indoor pool, some of the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and standard toilets.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the toilet with adaptations for disabled people with baby changing facilities, the standard toilets, the pool area, the lifts, the main buffet restaurant, the beach and the main entertainment area.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 235 rooms, 10 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 255 on the second floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat available on request. The journey from reception to room 255 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
