Accessibility Overview
This adults-only resort is set on a slope. There are 2 buildings with 5 floors and 5 lifts. The resort is accessible mostly via step-free level pathways, slight and steep ramps and lifts.
From the reception area (level 5) there is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets, lifts and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
There is step-free access via lift to the standard guest rooms, the gym, some of the activities, the entertainment area, the main restaurant and the main pool.
The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk via a route outside of the resort.
The resort has 266 rooms, 11 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 5027 on the ground floor (level 5). All the rooms with adaptations for disabled people have an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower and a flip-down shower seat. There are handrails next to the toilets and in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception. There are no adjoining rooms available.
