Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 2 main buildings, which have 11 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with ramps of varying degrees. There are 5 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the lifts, the main buffet restaurant, the gym, the shop and the massage rooms. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms, toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets, the main entertainment area, the Kids' Club and the splash pool.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the wellness area and the luggage room in reception. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance, the pool area and the beach.

There is stepped access to the tennis court. The journey to the beach takes approximately 6 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 404 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people (one of which is a junior suite). We were able to survey room number 103 on level 1, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 103 takes approximately 2 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
