This resort consists of 1 building with 4 floors and 4 lifts. Access is mostly step-free via level pathways or lifts.
From reception, there is step-free level access to the main restaurant, the main bar, the lifts and the exit doors to access all the activities. There is step-free access via lift to all the rooms and to the gym on level -1.
The resort has 260 rooms, 4 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 033, which is a room on the ground floor. All the adapted rooms have ensuite bathrooms with step-free showers with flip-down shower seats and handrails. There are handrails on both sides of the toilet. The journey to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
There are 4 lifts in the building which accesses floors -1 to 3. The route to the beach takes approximately 10 minutes and is via a route outside of the resort.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff in reception have details of local companies who rent mobility equipment. There are no adjoining rooms available.
