Accessibility Overview  

The resort provides accommodation in 5 buildings, some of which have 3 storeys.  The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 8 lifts.  There is a pool hoist available for guests.   

There is step-free level access the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the exit door in the reception area.  There is step-free level access to most of the guest rooms via lift. 

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the lobby bar and the outdoor entertainment area.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance, the restaurant, Block 2, the pool bar, the pool area and the splash park. 

The resort has 208 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 3003 on the ground floor, accessible via a slight slope. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat.  The journey from reception to room takes approximately 2 minutes.  There are no adjoining rooms available.  

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
