Accessibility Overview 

This adults-only resort consists of 1 building with 8 floors and 2 lifts.  Access is mostly step-free via level pathways or lifts.

There is step-free level access from reception on the ground floor to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets, main buffet restaurant, main bar, fitness room and the doors to the terrace to access the pool and beach.  There is step-free access via lift from the reception to access levels 0-8, including the rooms with adaptations for disabled people on level 1 and the infinity pool on level 6.

The resort has 241 rooms, 7 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 240, which is a room on the first floor.  All the adapted rooms have ensuite bathrooms with step-free showers with flip-down shower seats and handrails.  There are handrails on both sides of the toilet.  The journey to the rooms takes approximately 3 minutes.

There is a lift in the building which accesses floors 0-8.  The route to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes and is via step-free level pathways then a steep ramp.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff in reception have details of local companies who rent mobility equipment.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
