Accessibility Overview 

This 294 room beach-front resort is spread over two buildings with 5 storeys.  It is mainly accessible via level pathways and slight ramps.  There are 5 lifts in the resort.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the reception desk from the main entrance.

There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts, the pool area, the entertainment area, the main buffet restaurant and the beach.

There is stepped access to the indoor pool and spa.

The resort has 294 rooms, 7 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 236, on the second floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower which has handrails and a flip-down shower seat.  There are handrails next to the toilet.  The journey from reception to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people takes approximately 2 minutes.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes from reception.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
