This large aparthotel complex has 637 rooms, 6 storey buildings and 8 lifts and access is mostly step-free via level pathways, slight and steep ramps. There is step-free level access from reception (level 1) to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, toilets with adaptations for disabled people, standard toilets and lift.
The resort has 637 rooms, 8 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1049, which is a self-catering apartment with adaptations for disabled people. All the adapted rooms have ensuite bathrooms with step-free showers with handrails and a flip-down seat. There are two handrails next to the toilet. The journey to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
There is a lift in the resort. There is step-free access via lift to the restaurant, entertainment, pools and activities. The route to the beach is outside the resort and takes approximately 10-15 minutes from reception.
There is a slight ramp to access the automatic doors at the main entrance. There is a portable ramp to access the balcony from the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is a steep ramp to access the entertainment area.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at the resort, but reception desk staff have details of a local company to hire equipment. There are no adjoining rooms available.
