Accessibility Overview 

This 832-room resort is spread over 1 main building and 42 annexe buildings.  The resort is mostly accessible via ramps and slopes of varying degrees and there are 80 steps down to the beach.  There are no lifts in the resort.  There is a pool hoist.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the reception lobby, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the main buffet restaurant.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the entertainment area, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and some of the activities.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the pool area, the splash park and the route to the beach.

There is stepped access to the beach.  The journey from reception to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes to walk. 

The resort has 832 rooms, 20 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 3007 in Block 30, which takes approximately 4 minutes to walk from reception.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and there is a flip-down shower seat.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
