    Accessibility Overview 

    This 701-room resort consists of one 6-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees.   There are 6 lifts.  There is a pool hoist available for guests.  There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

    There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the entertainment area, the water park and the rear exit doors.  There is step-free level access via lift to floors 1 to 6.

    There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool.

    There is step-free access to the beach via slight ramps/slopers. The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

    The resort has 701 rooms, 14 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 0009 on the ground floor, accessible step-free.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a standard shower cubicle. There is a handrail next to the toilet and in the shower.  The journey from reception to room 0009 takes approximately 5 minutes.

    Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception and the hotel can also provide details of local suppliers.  There are adjoining standard rooms available.
