Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 3 three-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees. There are no lifts.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the rear exit doorway. There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free access via steep ramps to some of the guest rooms, the restaurant, the pool area, the beach, the entertainment area and the water park.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from the reception lobby.
The resort has 921 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1083 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 246 takes approximately 5 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
