Accessibility Overview  

The 901-room resort is spread over 3 buildings with either 3, 5 or 6 storeys and is mostly accessible via level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 7 lifts. 

There is step-free level access from reception to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the bars, the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment area, and the lifts.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms. 

There is step-free access via a long, slight slope to the gym, the spa and the water park.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the pool, the beach and some of the activities. 

The resort has 901 rooms, 6 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 1022 on the ground floor, which takes approximately 3 minutes to reach from reception.  The room has an ensuite with a step-free shower.  There are handrails in the shower and next to the toilet and there is a portable shower seat. 

The beach is approximately 3 minutes walk from reception via a steep ramp.  Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
