This 505 room, 4-storey resort is spread over 10 buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways. There are 2 lifts.
There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, reception, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the main restaurant, the entertainment area, the lifts, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the pool area, the beach and all the activities. There is step-free access via lift to the courtesy room and the standard guest rooms.
The resort has 505 rooms, 5 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 0151 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. There is a flip-down seat in the shower. The journey from reception to room 0151 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are 5 manual wheelchairs available to borrow from reception. There are adjoining rooms available, however, none of these rooms are adapted for people with disabilities.
