Accessibility Overview 

The adults-only resort provides accommodation in two 3 or 4-storey buildings. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some slight ramps to access the beach. There are 3 lifts in the main building. There are luggage trollies available to assist with the guests’ luggage.

There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the restaurants, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the gym and the spa. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the lobby bar, the pool area and the beach.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 288 rooms, 3 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 0077 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to room 0077 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
