Accessibility Overview
This 360-room resort consists of one 9-storey building and is accessible step-free via lift internally with external access via steep ramps. There are 4 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests. There is a shuttle bus available to transport guests to the nearest beach.
There is step-free access to the main entrance. There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lifts, standard toilets, the gym, spa, buffet restaurant and the rear exit doors. There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms and rooms with adaptations for disabled people.
There is access via ramp to the swimming pool and the entertainment areas.
The resort has 4 rooms with some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 416 on the fourth floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 416 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Some mobility equipment is available to hire at reception. Guest cannot hire mobility equipment locally. There are no adjoining rooms available.
