Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in a five-storey building and several bungalows. There are 2 lifts in the main building. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways and some ramps of varying degrees. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the gym, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets. There is step-free level access via lift to the buffet restaurant, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the entertainment area, the pool area, the beach, the spa and some of the activities.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 368 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2230 on the second floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and next to the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 2230 takes approximately 3 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
