Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 20 buildings, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There is 1 lift in the main restaurant only. There is a pool hoist available for guests and a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lobby bar, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the standard guest rooms.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance, the pool area, the fitness centre and the entertainment area. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main restaurant building.

There is stepped access to the pier for the boat to the beach, the Azur restaurant, the tennis court, the fitness centre and the spa.

The resort has 192 rooms, 2 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2614 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 2614 takes approximately 6 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
