    Accessibility Overview

    The resort provides accommodation in 9 buildings, some of which have 3 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.

    There is step-free level access to the main entrance doors, the reception lobby leading to a large central area with access to: the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, a parent & baby room, some rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the main buffet restaurant and the pool area. There is step-free level access via lift to some of the guest rooms and the gym.

    There is step-free access via slight ramps from the pool area to the central bar, from the reception lobby to the central area (an alternative route), the entertainment theatre and to the beach. The journey to the beach takes approximately 10 minutes from the reception lobby.

    The resort has 464 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 008 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a step-free shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 008 takes approximately 2 minutes.

    Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
