Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 6 buildings, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There are no lifts. There is a mobile hoist in the pool area.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the gym and spa, the children's play area and the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance, the pool area, the main buffet restaurant, the restaurant terrace area and the toilet with adaptations for disabled people next to the pool bar.

There is stepped access to the tennis court, the pool table and archery area and the indoor entertainment area (El Teatro). The resort overlooks a sandy beach, which is reachable via a long flight of stony steps.

The resort has 379 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 108 on the ground floor, accessible via several ramps. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 108 takes approximately 4 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
