    Accessibility Overview

    The resort provides accommodation in several buildings, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some slight ramps and slopes. There are 6 lifts. There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.

    There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lobby bar and the shop. There is step-free access via lift then slight ramps to the restaurants, the guest rooms, the pool area, the entertainment area, the activities and the beach.

    There is stepped access to the Japanese restaurant. The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

    The resort has 320 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 210 on the same floor as reception, accessible via slight ramps. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 210 takes approximately 2 minutes. There are no adjoining rooms available.

    Some mobility equipment is available to borrow at reception and the hotel can provide details of local suppliers who hire equipment.
