Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 3 buildings, some of which have 4 storeys. The resort is accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are lifts to access the upper floors. There is a mobile pool hoist available for guests. There is a buggy available to transport guests around the resort.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing facilities, some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the lifts and the shops. There is step-free level access via lift to the gym, some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, some standard guest rooms, the main buffet restaurant, the activities, the entertainment area, the pool area and the beach.
There is step-free access via slight ramps or slopes the lobby bar, some of the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and some of the balconies in the rooms with adaptations for disabled people. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance, the indoor entertainment area, the beach (via bridge) and the games room.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 12 minutes from the reception lobby, via a steep bridge.
The resort has 404 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 110 on the ground floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 110 takes approximately 5 minutes. There are some standard and adapted adjoining rooms available.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.
