Accessibility Overview

The resort consists of 150 beach bungalows and over water bungalows, most of which are accessible via sandy walkways. A buggy is available to transport guests around the resort and a portable ramp can be put in place to overcome the steps around the resort, if requested in advance. Arrival to the resort is via speedboat. To assist with disembarkment from the speedboat, a manual lifting service is offered by the staff.

There is step-free level access to the restaurant, the pool area, the entertainment area and the toilets. There is a slight ramp to access the route to the guest rooms. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to access the jetty from the speedboat.

There is stepped access to the reception lobby, the gym, the guest rooms and some activities.

There are no rooms with adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 5015 on the ground floor, accessible via a ramp, sandy pathways and two steps. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and toilet cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower. A portable shower seat is available on request. The journey from reception to room 5015 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception. There are some adjoining rooms available.
