Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 8 buildings, some of which have 2 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There is a shuttle bus available to transport guests around the resort. There are no lifts.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the reception lobby, the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets with baby changing unit, the room with adaptations for disabled people, the activities, the lobby bar and the main buffet restaurant.

There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the pool area and the outdoor entertainment area.

There is stepped access to the guest rooms on the second floor, the gym and the Kids’ Club.

The resort has 270 rooms, 1 of which has adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 509 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 509 takes approximately 3 minutes.

A manual wheelchair is available to borrow at reception and the hotel can provide details of local suppliers who hire out mobility equipment. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
