Accessibility Overview 

This 1020-room resort consists of 8 buildings varying between 4 and 10 storeys. It is accessible via step-free level pathways throughout, with lifts giving access to the upper floors in the accommodation buildings.  There are 13 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests. 

There is step-free level access to the main entrance, the reception desk, the lifts, the restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the rear exit doors.  There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms. There is step-free level access to rooms with adaptations for disabled people.

The resort has 1020 rooms, 27 of which have some adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 2150 on the ground floor, accessible step-free.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a lowered bath and an over bath shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the bath and shower.  The journey from reception to room 2150 takes approximately 4 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
