Accessibility Overview
This large resort consists of 8 buildings and 9 levels. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, lifts and slight ramps.
From reception there is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people with baby changing facilities, standard toilets and restaurant.
There is step-free access via lift to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, standard rooms, gym, spa, indoor pool and also to level 1 to access the main pool, entertainment, restaurant and activities. The lift accesses 9 floors.
There are slight ramps to access the terrace for the entertainment area, pool area, beach, activities and splash park.
The resort has 1005 rooms, 7 of which have adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 12-514, which is a room on the fifth floor. All the adapted rooms have ensuite bathrooms with step-free showers with portable shower seats and handrails. There are handrails on both sides of the toilet. The journey to the rooms takes approximately 2 minutes.
There are lifts in the building which accesses floors 0 to 9. The route to the beach takes approximately 4 minutes and is via level pathways and slight ramps.
Mobility equipment is available to hire at reception and there are adjoining rooms available.
