Accessibility Overview 

The 199 room resort consists of one 16-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with some ramps of varying degrees.  There are 3 lifts.  Due to health and safety reasons, mobility scooters are not allowed in this resort.

There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts, the rear exit door and the lobby seating area.  There is step-free access via lift to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the standard rooms, the main buffet restaurant (level -1), the gym and spa.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to the main entrance doors and step-free access via a steep ramp to the pool area, the entertainment area and some of the activities.

The resort has 199 rooms, 6 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 104 on the first floor, which is accessible via lift.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and a portable shower seat available on request.  The journey from reception to the room with adaptations for disabled people takes approximately 2 minutes.

The journey from reception to the beach takes approximately 15 minutes to walk outside of the resort.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are adjoining standard rooms available.
