Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 5 buildings, some of which have 3 or 4 storeys. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 7 lifts. There is a pool hoist available for guests.
There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the restaurant, the entertainment area, the guest rooms, the pool area and the activities.
There is step-free access via slight ramps to the pool area, the restaurant and the outdoor hot buffet area. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors.
The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes via a route outside of the hotel.
The resort has 530 rooms, 6 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 1067 on the ground floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 1067 takes approximately 5 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
