Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 3 buildings, some of which have 4 storeys. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 4 lifts.

There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets.

There is step-free access via a slight ramp to access the lifts, the main buffet restaurant, the entertainment bar, the rear exit doors from the reception lobby, the shop, the gym and spa and the toilets in the pool area. There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the pool area, the playground and the water park.

The resort has 166 rooms, 8 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 2201 on the second floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat. The journey from reception to room 2201 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are some standard adjoining rooms available.
