Accessibility Overview
The resort provides accommodation in 2 five-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some steep ramps. There are 3 lifts.
There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the restaurant, the Kids' Club, the lifts and the entertainment bar. There is step-free level access via lift to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the guest rooms.
There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the pool area and to some of the activities. There is stepped access to the gym.
The resort has 130 rooms, 5 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 503 on the fifth floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. There is a handrail next to the toilet. The journey from reception to room 503 takes approximately 2 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
