Accessibility Overview 

The 908-room resort is spread over five 6-storey buildings and is accessible via step-free level pathways with ramps and slopes of varying degrees.  There are 9 lifts in the resort.  There is a pool hoist available for guests.

There is step-free level access from the reception lobby to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the gym, the spa, the indoor pool, the lifts and the rear exit door.  There is step-free level access via lift to the upper level of the reception lobby, some of the bars, standard toilets with baby changing facilities, the standard guest rooms and the disco.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the beach, some of the activities, the outdoor entertainment areas and the mini club.  There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main buffet restaurant and the pool area.

There is stepped access to the tennis courts and the Tower Bar.  The journey to the beach takes approximately 8 minutes from reception.

The resort has 908 rooms, 9 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 4145 on the ground floor.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower.  There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a flip-down shower seat.  The journey from reception to room 4145 takes approximately 5 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
