Accessibility Overview
This beach-front adults-only resort consists of one main building. There are 4 floors and 2 lifts. The resort is accessible mostly via step-free level pathways, slight ramps and lifts.
From the reception area (level 0) there is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the lifts, the main restaurant and the rear exit doors to access the pool, activities and all facilities. Guests can use the facilities and activities at the sister hotel, the TUI BLUE Sensatori Akra Fethiye, next door.
There is step-free access via lift to the room with adaptations for disabled people on level 1, the standard guest rooms on levels 1-3 and to the spa on level -1.
The beach is approximately 5 minutes walk via slight ramps and level pathways.
The resort has 152 rooms, 1 of which has adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey the room (number 2503) on the first floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower and a flip-down shower seat. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower. The journey from reception to the rooms takes approximately 3 minutes.
Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but staff have details of a rental company. There is an adjoining room available which connects to the room with adaptations for disabled people to another guest room.
