Accessibility Overview 

This 598 room beach-front resort is spread over 9 buildings with 4 storeys and is mostly accessible by step-free level pathways and steep ramps.  There are 17 lifts throughout the resort.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the playground.

There is step-free access via steep ramps and slopes to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people, the beach, the pools, the restaurant, the entertainment area and the activities.

There is stepped access to some of the standard toilets near the pool area, the treatment rooms and the multi-sports court.

The resort has 598 rooms, 8 of which have adaptations for disabled people.  We were able to survey room number 108, which is an adapted two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, which is accessed via a steep ramp.  The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower which has handrails and a flip-down shower seat.  There are handrails next to the toilet.  The journey from reception to the rooms with adaptations for disabled people takes approximately 2 minutes.

The journey to the beach takes approximately 3 minutes from reception.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers.  There are no adjoining rooms available.
