Accessibility Overview

This adults-only resort provides accommodation in 2 buildings, one of which has 10 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 3 lifts.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the toilet with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the Piano Bar, the main buffet restaurant and the lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to the guest rooms, the gym and some activities.

There is step-free access via slight ramps to the Piano Bar. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance and the gym.

The resort has 137 rooms, 4 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 210 on the second floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are handrails next to the toilet and in the shower and there is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 210 takes approximately 4 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
