Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 11 buildings, some of which have 4 storeys. The resort is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps and slopes of varying degrees. There is 1 lift. There are 2 buggies available to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access from the reception desk to the lift, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and the standard toilets. There is step-free level access via lift to some of the guest rooms, the library, the mini market, the gym, the indoor play area and the indoor pool.

There is step-free access via steep ramps to the whole resort from the reception lobby, the restaurant and access to the football pitch.

There is stepped access to the standard toilets in the pool area, the beach and to the parent and baby lounge. The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 189 rooms, 3 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 402 on the ground floor, accessible via steep ramps. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are no handrails next to the toilet or in the shower. There is a portable shower seat. The journey from reception to room 402 takes approximately 3 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
