Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in 14 buildings, some of which have 2 or 3 storeys. It is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 3 lifts. There are buggies to transport guests around the resort.

There is step-free level access to the reception lobby, the entertainment area and the lifts. There is step-free level access via lift to the main buffet restaurant, the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the guest rooms, the shop, the pool area and the beach.

There is step-free access via slight slopes to the beach. There is step-free access via a steep ramp to the main entrance doors.

There is stepped access to the main pool and the beach. The journey to the beach takes approximately 5 minutes from the reception lobby.

The resort has 238 rooms, 6 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. We were able to survey room number 417 on the ground floor, accessible via lift. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a double-sized shower cubicle. There are no handrails next to the toilet nor in the shower. The journey from reception to room 417 takes approximately 2 minutes.

Mobility equipment is not available to hire at reception, but the hotel can provide details of local suppliers. There are no adjoining rooms available.
